Having worked within the Automotive Design Industry for more than 20 years, I know how to think in the future when it comes to design. Finding new forms and being ahead of trends is something I am passionate about. Automotive Design can be up to four years in the making, from paper to production, so having to think ahead is a must.

This is definately something I have bought into my cake creations. Developing new skills to deliver you a showstopping centrepiece for your celebrations.

I use the very best ingredients and produce available. Trying my best to use as much locally sourced or U.K. products, and where I cannot I endeavour to use Ethically Sourced or Fair-Trade only.
